Jim serves as President of select companies and is a licensed real estate broker. Mr. Winter is one of the original founders of the Company. He came to Select after 20 years of executive experience with Holiday Inns Worldwide having served in various management positions and as District Director of Operations. Later he became Regional Director for Development in the mid-western states.

A native of Detroit, Mr. Winter was educated at Wayne State University.
