Kevin M. Vessels
Kevin Vessels has been with Hospitality Advisors since 2005 and has previously held operational positions in hotels and food service operations. His hotel experience includes Choice Hotels and the prestigious Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan. Kevin graduated with a B.A. from Michigan State University in 2005 and has performed or assisted in various feasibility and valuation analyses for over 100 projects across nine (9) states. His experience includes such property types as golf and ski resorts as well as full and limited service hotels. Other tasks include reviewing valuations, budgets and financial statements whist assisting in research publications and marketing various hospitality-related properties for sale in Michigan. He is also a licensed real estate person in the State of Michigan. Kevin Vessels is based out of our Ann Arbor Office.

Laurence G. Allen MAI, CFA, RICS
Has over 40 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience. Since 1973, he has performed more than 3,000 appraisal and consulting assignments for a variety of property types throughout the country.
His experience includes the appraisal and feasibility analysis for a wide variety of commercial, industrial and multi-family property types, for mortgage financing, property tax and litigation. Mr. Allen has written a number of articles in the Appraisal Journal, Michigan Assesor magazine an Community Management magazine. He wrote a section titled "Estimating Value" for the book How to Find, Buy and Sell Manufactured Home Communities.
